Trailer chassis and suspension system
- Chassis: chassis and other metal parts are manufactured from ST52-3/QST390TM steel with CO2 welding technology
- Axes: two 10 tons disc type axes
- Pins: 2″ pin and flange system
- Stop stand: 24 tons two speed stop stands
- Painting: the chassis is completely sandblasted first then coated with a layer of epoxy substrate and finally covered with polyurethane color coating.
- Brakes: WABCO pneumatic ABS and EBS brake systems with two modulators and 2/4 sensors
- Suspension: complete suspension system consisting of suspension modules, air filters, equalizer valves, platform valves and automatic lifting valves
- Electric circuits: two complete 12 V and 24 V electric circuits with LVD indicators and brake pad alarm
- Wheels: 4+1 rigid metal wheels with 385/65R22.5 tubeless tires
Balancing system
The balancing system is composed of:
- Two manual jacks for trailer separation
- Four hydraulic jacks lifting the chassis
- Two six meters arms operated via a single hydraulic jack and fixed by two manual jacks
Cabin
The cabin is a thermally insulated shelter designed to accommodate a wide range of equipment such as BTS and transmission racks, DC power racks, telecommunication and distribution panels, battery compartment racks and other types of equipment and accessories.
The shelter has an area of 2.5 by 3.5 meters and fully resistant to ingression of rain, snow and dust and can effectively tolerate temperatures ranging from -20ºC to +60ºC and a maximum relative humidity of 95%
Power generator set
A 15 KVA 3–phase generator is installed on the trailer in a fenced protected area. It is equipped with a changeover panel that starts automatically in case of AC main power failure. The generator fuel tank is automatically filled from the main 1200-liter tank.
