Description

The machine has 2 section ( Solid filler with 24 spots & liquid filler with 12 spots ) on a single frame .

Specifications :

The filling principle in both compartments is “Volumetric” type .
The volume of the fill in solid filler is adjustable by movement of machine upper part plate and telescopic adjustment of pockets , and in liquid. -filler is done by adjusting the air return tube level in the cylinder .
All the parts in contact with product is made of stainless steel 316 and the machine cladding is made of stainless steel 304 .

Machine speed :

The filling speed is 3000 to 9000 bottles per hour.

Control mechanism :

The machine is full automatic in operation and is equipped with electronic control (PLC) , touch screen monitor and electronic speed control

( frequency inverter ) .

All electric , electronic and pneumatic equipment used in this machine is European and Japan made .
